Hi folks, I've been selling a Property Simulator tool for the past 10 years. It's excel based like the "investmentpropertycalculator" (IPL) in the early post. IPL seems more advanced, but I believe my product produces the same results. Have a look at www.peritus.iinet.net.au/rentsim.html
ReplyDeleteI reduced the pricing dramatically about a year ago as I haven't had time to (cosmetically) update the products, but functionality is all there (and accessible!).
